Technical sketches, patterns, size grading, fabric and trim selection.
Fabric development
Composition, GSM, color and hand-feel developed in our own mill.
Sampling
Your samples in 2–3 weeks. Fit, color and print approved with you.
Production
6–10 weeks, with inline inspection and AQL final inspection.
Delivery
FOB or DDP — we can handle freight, customs and last-mile.

Many factories only sew from fabric that already exists. With our own fabric mill, we develop the fabric itself — so you control the weight, hand feel, wash, shrinkage, color and overall quality of your product, season after season.
