What does GBS Trend Inc. do?
GBS Trend Inc. is a full-service apparel manufacturer specializing in private label production. We offer flexible MOQs, fast sampling and ethical manufacturing, with operations in Turkey and a local presence in Los Angeles, USA.
Where are your products made?
Our production takes place in Turkey, with fabrics produced in our in-house knitting mill. This allows full customization of fabric construction, composition, weight and finishing (hand-feel). We also operate a client support office in Los Angeles for sampling, logistics and communication.
Can we visit your production facilities?
Yes. Clients are welcome to visit our production headquarters in Turkey, or meet us by appointment at our Los Angeles office or at trade shows such as Texworld.
What makes you different from other factories?
Our own fabric mill. We customize fabric composition, construction, weight, finishing, washing, hand feel and color, then connect that fabric development directly to garment production. Our Los Angeles team also makes communication easy for US brands.
Are you the cheapest option?
No — and we don't try to be. We are a premium development and production partner for brands that care about fabric, fit, quality, consistency and execution.
What types of products do you manufacture?
A wide range of apparel, including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, sweatpants, shorts, denim and underwear, and we deliver everything full-package — including customized labels, hangtags, care labels, polybags and packaging. See all categories.
Do you only produce streetwear?
Premium streetwear is a major strength, but we also produce contemporary fashion, denim, premium basics, sweats, underwear and custom apparel programs.
Do you offer custom designs and private labeling?
Yes. We specialize in private label manufacturing and can develop custom garments from your design brief, tech pack or physical references. All trims and branding elements (labels, tags, packaging) are customizable.
Can you assist with fabric sourcing and development?
Yes. We produce our fabrics in-house, so we can customize everything from yarn composition and construction to weight, softness and surface treatments — giving your brand a unique textile identity.
Do you offer sustainable or recycled fabrics?
Yes. We offer GOTS-certified organic cotton and GRS-certified recycled materials. Sustainability and responsible sourcing are integral to our manufacturing philosophy. Learn more.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
- 300 pieces per color for French terry and fleece — hoodies, sweats, sweatpants, crewnecks, quarter zips, shorts
- 500 pieces per color for jersey — tees, long sleeves, polos, tanks
- 500 pieces per wash for denim
Our MOQs are connected to fabric production: we knit, dye, finish and wash fabric specifically for your order, which is also what gives you much better control over the final quality.
Can you produce 100 pieces?
For custom production, that is usually below our model, because we develop fabric specifically for each order. Tell us about your project anyway — if the current quantity isn't a fit, we're happy to stay in touch for your future programs.
How does the sampling process work?
Send us tech packs or physical samples. Some clients provide multiple references — one for fabric, one for embroidery or print, one for fit — and we combine them into a new product.
Sampling typically takes 2–3 weeks. Samples are charged at 2× to 3× the bulk price (depending on fabric and complexity) plus shipping. If the exact fabric is unavailable during sampling, we use the closest available match in a similar color.
What is your production lead time?
Production lead time is generally 6–10 weeks, depending on the fabric development process and the complexity of the design.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer both FOB and DDP shipping:
- FOB (Free on Board) — the buyer arranges and pays for international shipping after goods leave our port.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we handle the full delivery, including freight, customs, duties and last-mile delivery, so goods arrive at your door with no additional hassle.
